Use of copyright pictures.

This site is set up as a resource /reference platform and for fun and not money making.

The majority of photos are copyright as are the pages and much of the text. It is made clear on the web pages.

Permission is required to use either for any purpose.

I generally give consent free of charge but usually ask for a copy of any printed matter or link to the use on the web.

As this is the case there is absolutely no excuse for using material without asking.  It is intellectual property theft.

As a result  there is a charge for any unauthorised material found to  be used which will be rigorously followed up.

Minimum £100 per photo for web use.

Minimum £200 per photo on printed matter.

 Minimum £300 per photo in Commercial publications on printed matter .
